You're Unstoppable!

This week on the Rise and Shine Morning devotional our topic was You’re Unstoppable. God reminded us that even in the midst of a global pandemic it is still his will for us to fulfill our destiny. However, we must understand that we can’t do it on our own or in our own strength. The following scriptures give us the guidance we need to be unstoppable:

1. Psalm 73:23-24 – We must be continually with God. This is not the time to throw in the towel. This is not the time to give up. This is not the time to disconnect from God.

2. Hebrews 6:12-14 – It requires faith and patience to be successful.

3. Ephesians 1:3 – Everything that we need is in God. He has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in Christ. In order to be unstoppable, we must allow Christ to be formed in us. This is done when we allow the third person of the trinity, the Holy Spirit to lead and guide us into all truth.

4. Acts 1:8 – We have to receive the power of the Holy Spirit. Just like when we purchase a home or rent an apartment and it is wired with electricity, we can’t receive that power until we turn it on. God is saying click the switch. Tap into the power of the Holy Spirit who will help you to keep going even when you feel like giving up.

5. Colossians 3:23-24 – Check your motive. You will be unstoppable when you are doing all things unto God. Not for likes, not for followers, not solely for money, but your ultimate motive is to give God glory. When we do all things as unto the Lord, nothing can stop us.
